You will receive a confirmation email , a link for payment and a choice of time and dates to book your Zoom Consultation. Once you secure your consultation, a member of our team will email you a pre-consultation questionnaire.

FAQs

What can I expect?

We will review your submitted items prior to the Consultation (Photos, measurements, sketches).
The Designer will be asking you specific questions based off your questionnaire
Please note: Designers will NOT provide a full design plan/drawing with this Consultation.
During the Consultation, LET YOUR DESIGNER BE THE DRIVER* This is a chance for you to get expert advice. So sit back, and allow the designer to share their initial observations and suggestions.
Follow up email with details on the rebate process, if your city is involved with the rebates.
A basic non colored design and plant list will be emailed
Follow up Emails
1 revision if needed
Final Zoom meeting with cost estimates
Finalized design, plant list and list of local nurseries that carry native and regional plants
If needed we can have our landscape team work with you on any part of the installation project. weather you just need help converting the driplines or want us to install the full project. We are here to assist you.

How do I prepare for my zoom consultation?

We will need a completed pre-consultation questionnaire
Email us any photos of your site, measurements and design ideas you have.
The above items are required a minimum of 48 hours prior to your Consultation .

Refund Policy Regarding Consultations

Refunds are given on a case by case basis
Once the questionnaire is received our team will begin working on your design. you will not be refunded for any work in progress
Partial refunds will be given 48 hours before your initial consultation
No refunds will be given after your initial consultation
